Vinnytsa Junior Science Park «Factory Dream» is not just a club or laboratory. It's an innovative hub environment for youth development!
Factory Dream — Ukraine's answer to today's challenges: war, energy crisis, youth migration.
This space is for young people who shape their own future, learn, research, design and create new solutions for tomorrow. The space was created on the initiative of the Public Organization «Podilska Regional Development Agency»

Educational space for children and teenagers Vinnytsia Junior Science Park «Factory Dream» in the innovation and technology park «Crystal»
Uniting teenagers studying in vocational education and secondary education systems into a system for developing their ability to master new technologies and professions. This includes areas such as: 3D printing, working with sensor systems (Arduino), programming basics, use of Artificial Intelligence, implementation of other technological areas that form a practical understanding of modern production.
Preparing teenagers capable of either generating their own projects or being successful and quality workers of a new level — oriented to modern technologies, development of their own creativity and the ability of Ukrainian business to compete with other countries.
Forming the ability to respond to new technological challenges related to the development of miltech and other societal demands in the field of defense. This includes applying innovative approaches to organizing social processes, developing both individual and collective means of protection, as well as strengthening the ability of communities to resist the challenges of war.
Creating a stable system of interaction between communities, adolescent spaces, science parks and other educational centers. This involves forming a 'social order' for socio-technical innovations — that is, solutions that can actually work in the community, meeting its needs and supporting the development of the local economy.
Creating a platform that acts as an intermediary between higher education institutions, educational spaces and innovative initiatives. This includes cooperation with institutions such as Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Kyiv School of Economics and other universities that develop competencies in the innovation sphere. The goal is to form an environment where teenagers can master not only technical skills, but also teamwork, creative thinking, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to create new products.
«Factory Dream» is considered as a platform for developing cooperation with international partners and donors interested in development; integration of youth into the global technological community; increasing the capacity of human resources in the country to implement joint international projects within the EU and other institutions.
The seventh direction is aimed at forming in teenagers a comprehensive understanding of the technological product development cycle — from the initial idea to its market implementation. Project participants gain practical experience in all stages of creating an innovative product: idea generation and validation, prototyping, business model development, market entry preparation, implementation and scaling. This approach forms entrepreneurial thinking in young people, the ability to bring ideas to real implementation and understanding of how innovations transform into products that create value for society and the economy.
Idea generation and validation — learning design thinking methodologies, identifying real problems and forming ideas to solve them
Prototyping — creating working models using modern technologies (3D printing, electronics, programming), rapid hypothesis testing and iterative solution improvement
Business model development — working out the economic component of the project, defining target audience, pricing and monetization paths
Market entry preparation — understanding marketing processes, product presentation to potential clients and investors, establishing sales channels
Implementation and scaling — practical experience in product launch, working with user feedback, adaptation and product development according to market needs
It is through such formats that a space is formed where teenagers learn to think systematically, act proactively and create innovations that work for the community and the country.
Factory Dream combines technical education, psychosocial support, project-oriented learning, inclusive environment and active community interaction

Together we create the future of technology education in Ukraine
